House Flip

This is a house I helped to flip.

The Living Room, Dining Room, and Hallway had carpeting covering the original hardwood flooring. Carpeting was removed, hardwood floors refinished. The existing Mantle around the fireplace wasn’t very functional, so I installed a new one. Custom fit mantle for the homeowners needs.

Each room was painted differently according to the homeowners choosing.  Some rooms had feature walls, while others were all the same color. Some of them had three colors; the walls, the feature wall, and the trim/doors.

The windows were the original windows. I had to adjust and clean them to function properly so they could be opened. Once adjusted they work a whole lot better.

The Kitchen was a dramatic change from the original look. The cupboards and walls were painted, lighting was changed, new appliances, and new hardware on drawers & cupboard doors.

All new insulation was installed in the attic. New lighting was installed in most of the rooms, including ceiling fans.  New window coverings were installed in some of the rooms.
